1.Magma HDI General Insurance Co. Ltd. Ecospace Business Park, Block-3B, 2^nd Floor, New Town, Rajarhat Kolkata-700156 through Manager.

2. Magma Fincorp Limited, Mogmo House, 24 Park Street, Kolkota-700 016 through Branch Manager, SCO no.12, First Floor, HSIDC Complex, Sector-3, Karnal.

              ………Opposite parties.

 

                   Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.
