2. Magma HDI General Insurance Co. Ltd., Development House, 24 Park Street, Kolkata-700016 through its Branch Manager, Karnal.

                Complaint presented today.  It be checked and registereds.

                Despite repeated calls since morning, none has appeared on behalf of complainant It means that he is not interested to pursue the present complaint. It is already 04:00 PM. Further wait is not justified. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.

        However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh case on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction, if so desired. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
