1.     Magma HDI General Insurance Company Ltd. Ist, 2^nd and 3^rd floor, SCO No.13, Sector-3, HSIIDC, Industrial Estate, Karnal, through its Branch Manager.

2.     Haryana Auto Mobiles, Outside Jattan Gate, meera Ghati Chowk, Karnal Through Its Proprietor/Partner.

Complaint under Section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 as amended date.

ORDER:

 

                Today the case was fixed for evidence of complainant. 

At the stage, complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same on technical defect and sought permission to file afresh on the same cause of action in the court of completent jurisdiction.

In view of statement of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdraw. However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction, if so desired. The original documents annexed with the complaint, if any, be returned to the complainant by placing on record photocopies thereof. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
