2. Tamanna minor daughter of Krishan Lal.
3. Isha Rani minor daughter of Krishan Lal.
4. Alisha minor daughter of Krishan Lal.
5. Armaan Singh son of Krishan Lal. The minors claimants no.2 to 5 are living under the care and custory of their father Sh. Krishan Lal being the natural guardian and next friend who has got no adverse interest to that of minor all residents of village Kailash, District Karnal.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present: Sh. R.K.Arora, cousnel for the complainant.

 

       Complaint presented today. It be checked and registered.

      At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant has suffered his separate statement to effect that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same on technical ground and sought permission to file the fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the competent Court of law.     

              In view of the above statement the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the competent Court of law, if so desired. The original documents annexed with the complaint, if any, be returned to the complainant by placing on record photocopies thereof. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
