Present: None for D.H.-complainant.

                Today the case was fixed filing calculation sheet by D.H.

                Despite repeated calls since morning, neither the D.H. appeared nor calculation sheet filed by D.H.  It is already 04:00 PM. Further wait is not justified. From perusal of order-sheet, it reveals that on 21.10.2021, ld. counsel for JDs had submitted that JDs have already complied with the order passed by this commission and nothing is pending towards the JDs.  It means that the grievances of D.H. have already been redressed by JDs and D.H. is satisfied. Hence, the present complaint is hereby disposed of.

        However, the D.H.-complainant is at liberty to file fresh execution petition, if so desired. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
