The Complainant is absent on repeated call at frequent intervals till last hours of the Forum, no steps filed. The O.Ps No.1, 2 & 3 are absent, no steps filed. On perusal of the record, it came to our notice that the Complainant remained absent on 25.07.17, 06.12.17, 19.12.17 & today also. The Complainant has not shown any interest to proceed this case further. Sufficient opportunity has given to Complainant for hearing of this case. So, we found no reason to adjourn this case furthermore. Hence, the case is dismissed for default of the Complainant.
