3.      Magma Fincorp Limited, 24, Park Street, Kolkatta through its Divisional Manager.

NAWAB SINGH J, (ORAL)

 

1.      Rohit Dabas-complainant has received cheque amounting to Rs.20,48,500/- dated April 22^nd, 2016 drawn on AXIS Bank Limited (photocopy Annexure A) in full and final settlement from Magma HDI General Insurance Company Limited-opposite parties.  In view of above, the complainant has stated that since the matter has been settled, the complaint be dismissed as withdrawn.

2.      It is ordered accordingly.
