Udit Sikri aged 33 years son of Sh. Chander Dev, resident of H.No.272/11, Partap Gate, Kaithal, Tehsil and Distt. Kaithal.

2. Magma Fincorp Limited C/O Opposite Indian Oil Petrol Pump, Aadarsh Nagar, Dhand Road, Kaithal through its Branch Manager.
3. ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited C/o ICICI Prulife Tower, 1089, Appasaheb Marathe Marg, Prabhadevi, Mumbai-400025 through its General Manager.
4. ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited C/o Professor Colony, Kurukshetra Road, Kaithal through its Branch Manager.

Present:      Complainant in person alongwith Sh. Anil Chutani, Adv. for the complainant.

                   Sh. Manoj Chauhan, Adv. for the OPs.No.1 & 2.

                   Sh. Ashok Tanwar, Adv. for the OPs No.3 & 4.                

                   Amicable compromise has been effected between the parties in Pre-National Lok Adalat vide which the OPs No.1 & 2 have assured to handover the original NOC to the complainant within 15 days.  Statement of complainant namely Udit Sikri and ld. counsel for the OPs No.1 & 2 namely Sh. Manoj Chauhan have been recorded separately in this regard.  

                 Heard.  Since the case is amicably settled in Pre-National Lok-Adalat.  So, nothing remains more to be adjudicated.  Hence, the present complaint is disposed of being compromised.  Both the parties are bound by their own statements.  Copy of this order be sent to both the parties free of cost.  File be consigned to record-room, after due compliance
