Present: - Sh. Sukhdev Singh complainant in person with Sh. Raju Aggarwal, Advocate.       Sh. Sanjeev Kumar Rajput, Assistant Manager/ authorized representative for opposite party.       
File put up today on the application moved on behalf of complainant seeking permission to withdraw the present complaint as matter has been compromised between the parties. Sh. Sanjeev Rajput, authorized representative of op appeared and placed on file power of attorney and has suffered a statement that they have compromised the matter with the complainant and as per compromise they issued NOC No. C/22/00000513444 dated 29.8.2023 with form No. 35 in favour of the complainant and Incorporative certificate from Magma to Poonawala. He has further stated that nothing is pending towards the complainant Sukhdev Singh and securities cheques as signed by the complainant lying with the op company as per norms of company and op company cannot return to the complainant and same either signed blank/ filled by the op company will not be misused in any manner and present complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn as compromised. Complainant has also suffered a statement that he has heard the statement of Mr. Sanjeev Rajput on behalf of op which is correct and he does not want to pursue further with the present complaint and withdraws the same and op may be bound down by their statement. In view of the above statements, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. The opposite party shall be bound down by the statement of their authorized representative. File be consigned to the record room.
