              Sh. Rajeev Khurana, Advocate, counsel for OPs.

             

                        File taken up today on the application of complainant. Complainant made a statement that compromise has been effected between the parties and nothing is due against the OPs. So, he wants to withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied.

                        In view of the statement made by complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
