Complainant absent. No representation. Opposite parties 1 and 2 represented.
This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties. After admitting the complaint notice was issued to the opposite parties. Notice to the opposite parties 1 and 2 was served. Notice to the third opposite party returned as unserved. Since 30/06/2023 this case was posted for taking steps by the complainant against the third opposite party. When the case came up for consideration today, it is noticed that the complainant was continuously absent since 30/06/2023 and not taken any steps against the third opposite party, inspite of giving sufficient opportunity for the same.
In the above circumstances we find that complainant is not interested to further proceed with this complaint. In view of above discussion we find that this is a fit case to be dismissed for default.
In the result the complaint is dismissed.
