Learned counsel for applicants-appellants has filed Miscellaneous Application No.35 of 2024 under Section 151 of CPC seeking permission for withdrawal of the present appeal.
2. Heard on the above-mentioned application Miscellaneous Application bearing No.35 of 2024. Keeping in view the contents of the application as well as the contentions raised by learned counsel for the applicant-appellants the same stands allowed. Miscellaneous Application bearing No.35 of 2024 is hereby disposed off accordingly.
3. Mr. Amit Bansal, learned counsel for the appellants has also suffered a statement that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal as the settlement has been effected between both parties as per Annexure A-1 and he has also received NOC from Mr. Yoginder Nagpal, learned counsel representing opposite party and now nothing is due against the opposite parties.
4. In wake of statement suffered by Mr. Amit Bansal learned counsel for the appellants the present appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
5. A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
6. Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.
