Record is put up today by a petition filed on behalf of the complainant. By filing an application Ld. Advocate of complainant submits that matter has amicably been settled between the parties  and that is why the complainant is not intending to proceed with this matter furthermore and he praying for withdrawal of this case.

Heard Ld. Advocate of complainant. Ld. Advocate of complainant by filing a firisti files original documents regarding no objection certificate, notice of termination of agreement, lease/hypothecation which is duly received by the Ld. Advocate of complainant. Considering all we are of the view that there is no need to proceed with this matter furthermore as the matter has amicably been settled.

At the  time of hearing Ld. Advocate of OP fairly submits that they will not use unutilized cheque being no. 15 to 16 Bank of India, Sevoke Road Branch, Siliguri in future.

Hence,

Ordered

That the instant case is hereby dropped. The complainant is at liberty to withdraw the instant case.
