Present:  None for the complainant.

              

                        Today the case was fixed for consideration on the point of admissibility. Case called several times since morning but no one appeared on behalf of complainant. It is 3.30 P.M. From the perusal of order sheet, it is appraised that complainant is not appearing from last two (2) continuously hearing. It seems that complainant is not interested to pursue the present complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
