Both the parties appeared today. Opp has filed a petition to recall this case on today. The case is recalled. As the case is compromised between both the parties and joint compromise petition has been filed. The complainant has received the amiount of Rs 1,50,000( One Lakh fifty thousand only) on 23/9/2023. Complainant has also filed his photocopy of addhar which was duely identified by his Advocate. Hence this compromise petition is allowed as parties have settled out side the court. The case is disposed of.
