                                       DISTRICT CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL FORUM, JHARSUGUDA

                                       

CONSUMER  COMPLAINT  CASE NO. 67 OF 2015

 

 

 

12.12.2015:-                            The case record is put up today as it was fixed for the 3^rd National Lok Adalat.  The complainant is present in person so also the O.Ps.are present along with his representative.  Heard from both the parties in length.  The complainant reflected his harassment and mental agony due to non-issuance of “No Dues Certificate” with agreed to pay Rs.10,000/-  as outstanding ODC but the Ops. demanded Rs.70,000/- for one time settlement.

Heard from both the parties, after being discussed, we came to the point of conclusion that the complainant has already paid all the installment within agreement period. As to our opinion and for the end of justice the complainant should paid Rs.20,000/- ( Rupees twenty thousand) only to the O.ps against overdues.

Hence, we direct the complainant to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- ( Rupees twenty thousand) only to the O.P.No.2  so also the O.Ps. are directed to issue No Dues Certificate after receiving the aforesaid amount from the complainant, within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of this order. 

                                                Accordingly the case is disposed of.

 

Order pronounced in the open court today the 12^th day of December’ 2015 and copy of this order shall be supplied to the parties as per rule.
