The record is put up today on the strength of call for petition filed by the Ld. Counsel for the Complainant. The Ld. Counsel for Complainant & O.P No.1 to 3 files joint compromised petition as the disputes in this case between the Parties have been amicably settled outside the Court, with the scheduled terms and conditions along with files one receipt of authorization & some documents. Perused the compromised petition & documents. Heard the matter. As the matter has been compromised between the Parties outside the Court, we find no reasons to keep this case pending further. With these observations, the joint compromise petition filed by both the Parties is allowed & accordingly, the instant proceeding is disposed of.
