5. 22.12.2015  : This case record is taken up today on the strength of an advance petition filed by the A/R for the complainant. He also filed petition signed by the complainant in which it is submitted that, the dispute in this case has been amicably settled by the parties and hence the complainant does not want to proceed with this case against the Ops, and prayed to withdraw this case.

            Heard. In view of above facts, we allowed the said petition and close this case against the Ops as not pressed.

            Pronounced on this the 22^nd day of December, 2015 in the open Forum.
