Case hasa been called sevearal times since morning and ultimately at 3.30 p.m., but none appeared on behalf of the complainant. On the last two dates of adjournments i.e.15.2.2016 and 23.2.2016 also, none appeared on behalf of the complainant. It seems that the complainant is not interested in prosecuting the present complaint and as such, same is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
