Complainant is absent and no steps taken on his behalf counsels for Ops filed hazira and present. This date was fixed for hearing.it is seen that earlier many occasion is on 29.10.14   17.11.14 01.12.14 time were allowed to complainant for hearing and finally on 16.12.14 time was allowed as law. hence and on 12.1.15 time was allowed to complainant with cost fixing to-day for hearing. Put complainant today neither passed cost nor taken any steps as such hearing could not be touchier up and several opportunity . complainant did not turn up to conduct his case,and hence the case is dismissed due to default of the complainant.
