This case is coming on today before this Forum in the presence of  Sri Appana Venkateswara Rao, Advocate for the complainant and the opposite parties  1 & 2 having been set ex-parte and Sri P.L.N. Prasad, Advocate for the opposite parties 3, 4 & 5 and Smt.D. Kumari Devi, Advocate for the 6^th opposite party, this Forum made the following:-

ORDER

This is a complaint filed by the complainant U/Sec.12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 to direct the opposite parties 1 to 5 to repair the damaged vehicle to the satisfaction of the complainant or alternative to pay Rs.2,00,000/- towards repair charges with interest at 18% p.a. till payment; to pay Rs.3,00,000/- towards damages for mental agony and pay legal expenses and fees of this complaint.

2.   Complainant filed memo stating that the matter is adjusted out of the Forum. Hence, complaint is dismissed, without costs.
