Counsel for OPs present. On 30.11.2016  Counsel of OPs has placed on
record settlement of case     wherein   a payment of Rs. 50,000/- has
been transferred on 25-10-2016 through NEFT by the OPs to the ICICI
Bank Account of the complainant along with  copy of email dated
29.11.2016 and confirmation email of the complainant dated 30.11.2016.
As complainant has received the full and final payment from OPs and
duly acknowledged the same by means of email dated 30.11.2016 hence
the case is disposed of as  settled. Copy of this order be made
available to the parties free of cost as per law. File be consigned to
record room.
