          The representative of OP has handed over a cheque of Rs.5000/- to the counsel for the complainant, which has been duly received by the counsel for the complainant. Copy retained on file.  In this view of the matter the counsel for the complainant  wants to withdraw the complaint and appended a note on the complaint itself in this regard.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
