Applicant Smt. Sarita Anil Jaiswal is present in person. Her counsel Shri Sapate is not available today. We have perused the application, impugned order, record & proceeding of the appeal No.1038/2000 which clearly reflects that though the LRs of Proprietor Krishnakumar Gupta of respondent No. 1 Firm were brought on record prior to passing the judgment, the names of the LRs of late Shri Krishnakumar Gupta are not mentioned in the judgment dated 06/03/2010 passed in appeal No. 1038/2000.

On considering the record, we feel that inadvertently names of the LRs of proprietor of respondent No. 1 are not mentioned in the judgment. Hence, this application is allowed.

The Names of LRs of respondent No. 1 Krishnakumar Gupta written in the appeal be taken in the judgment. So also the names of the advocated of the appellant be corrected.
