            We  find from the record that  the complainant who is a resident of Bijnor,UP had appeared in this case only on the first date of hearing, i.e. 12.3.2020.  Thereafter he did not appear on 29.09.2020, 28.11.2020, 11.12.2020, 06.1.2021, 04.03.2021, 06.4.2021, 14.2.2022 and 17.5.2022.  Today also  he is not represented.  The complaint is still at the admission stage.  It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the  matter.  Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed in default of appearance and non-prosecution.  File be consigned to record room.
