ORDER

This order is pronounced in the open court on separate sheets of paper today. 1. Complaint is allowed as under: 2. O.P. Society is directed to refund of Rs.63,440/- along with the damages of Rs.85,560/- within a period of one month from the date of the receipt of copy of this order. 3. The O.P. shall refund the total amount of Rs.1,49,000/- complainant under this head. 4. O.P. is further directed to pay past interest of Rs.85,600/- till the date of filing of this complaint, with cost of Rs.1,000/-. 5.If O.P. fails to refund the above mentioned amount, interest, and cost the complainant would be entitled to receive future interest from such date at the rate of 9% p.a. on the total amount of Rs.1,49,000/- till the date of payment. 6. Send the copy of this order to O.P by R.P>A.D and to the complainant under C.O.P.
