ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. This complaint is dismissed with a liberty to the complainant to approach the civil court to seek the redress of his grievance with a liberty to seek the condonation of delay in presenting the civil suit before the said civil court regarding the period spent by the complainant to prosecute this complaint with the further observation that the said civil court may sympathetically consider the prayer of the complainant for condonation of delay in prosecuting the said civil suit before the same. Having regard to the facts of this case, both sides parties shall bear their own costs. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both sides parties by R.P.A.D immediately.
