ORDER

The complaint is allowed as under against O.P.2 society only, and dismissed against O.P.1. O.P.2 society is directed to refund an amount of Rs.33000/- and interest at the rate of 9% p.a. and damages at the rate of 9% p.a. from 31.10.1998 till the date of payment with cost of Rs.1000/-. The amount shall be paid within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. Send the copies of this order to O.P.2 by RPAD and O.P.1 under COP and give a copy of this order to the complainant.
