ORDER

Counsel for the D.Hr. has filed a memo of calculation claiming in all a sum of Rs.54,909.99 the counsel for the J.Dr. disputing the correctness of the calculation and submits that the D.Hr has calculated Rs.410/- more by not taking in to consideration the payment already made by the J.Dr. The counsel for the D.Hr. was told to given up Rs.410/-. The counsel for the D.Hr.reports that receipt of a cheque for Rs.54,500/-and also reports full satisfaction of the claim of the D.Hr. in this petition. Hence, execution petition is closed as fully satisfied.
