Despite service of notice sent by registered post, no one is present on behalf of the petitioner even at the second pass over. Having gone through the orders passed by fora  below, we agree with the view taken by the fora below that the District Forum at Thrissur did not have any territorial jurisdiction to entertain the complaint. Orders under challenge, thus, do not warrant any interference in revisional jurisdiction under Section 21(b) of C.P. Act, 1986. Dismissed.
