Learned counsel for the Appellant Sri s.sastry and Sri S.Chadha are present through VC. learned counsel for the Respondent also is present.

An E-mail has been received today from te counsel for the Appellant regarding consent/offer for settlement of the claim at Rs.1,50,000/- towords full and final settlement of claim amount of Respondent , which is kept in the record.

Accordingly the counsel for the Respondent is also agreed to receive Rs.1,50,000/ -towords full and final settlement of claim amount and in this regard the counsel filed a memo which is kept in the record.

The appellant undertakes to pay settled amount of RS.1,50,000/- to the Respondent within 30 days from the date of this order.

The appeal is disposed of accordingly with th avove observations.
