Perusal of the record shows that the complainant has filed said complaint on 07/08/2019, thereafter he appeared lastly on 13/03/2020 and took time for filing written arguments. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. Commission cannot incline to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution.
