    Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite parties to replace the said scooter with a new one or to pay the full cost of the same  and also to refund a sum of Rs.8780/- towards cost for registration and service bill amount and also to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- for mental agony and torture and Rs.25,000/- as cost of the complaint to the complainant.
