This day is fixed for admission hearing.

The complainant is found present in person and files hazira along with a petition with a prayer to withdraw the complaint case against the OP and to file fresh complaint under the Consumer Forum Bhakti Nagar PS Jallpaiguri on the ground that the case is filed against the Maa Tara watch and Electronics, Siliguri which falls under the Bhakti Nagar PS Jalpaiguri and it is out of jurisdiction of this Forum.

Heard.  Considering all the circumstances we are of the view that there is no need of linger with the case

Hence it is,

That the case is withdrawn with liberty to sue afresh in the proper Forum.
