Final Order / Judgement

     The present complaint is allowed. The O.P. is directed to pay a sum of Rs.60,750/- to the complainant along with simple interest @6% p.a. within a period of 45 days from the date of this judgment and order. He shall also pay a sum of Rs.3000/- towards mental agony and Rs.2,000/- as expenses of the present complaint.
