Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 26.09.2019. Complainant is not appearing since 04.07.2022. On 09.03.2023 last opportunity was granted to complainant for filing rejoinder and evidence. But today also complainant is absent. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution.
