           Today stands posted for appearance of the parties i/d passing appropriate order.

           The Complainant is again absent without taking any step. None appears on repeated calls.

           It is already 1.45 P.M.

           The record gives clear indication that the Complainant has been absenting himself for dates together without taking any step.

           This Forum by the last order has given him opportunity to take step as to this proceeding but he has not turned up.

         Having regard to the conduct of the Complainant and materials on record we find reason to hold that the instant proceeding is no longer to be dragged and thus it is to be disposed.
