                                                            JUDGMENT

1.                     The present dispute arises out of the complaint petition filed by the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service against afore mentioned O.Ps for not getting the timely and regular refilling Cylinder and also non supply of new Gas connection.

                           On being noticed the O.Ps are appeared before the forum in person and filed counter refuting the allegations made against them. Further the O.Ps are prayed the forum to dismiss the above proceedings against them for the best interest of justice.

                            The Ops are appeared and filed their counter. Arguments of the Ops and from the complainant heard and perused the record, documents, written version, citations filed by the parties.

                             Both the parties made arguments touching the points both on the facts as well as on law.

                           On perusal of the record it is revealed that, the Senior Regional Manager, Indane, Filing Plant, Jatni, Dist: Khurda, State: Odisha for supply Indane cylinders at least 1000 Nos. or above in every month and ensure timely supplys for the interest of consumers.

                          We find there is no deficiency of service on the part of the O.Ps. in the present case.

                            Hence to meet the ends of justice, the following order is passed.

 

 

                                                                        ORDER

                        In the result with these observations, findings, discussions the complaint petition is disposed off accordingly with contest.

                          The O.Ps are ordered tarry out the Orders of Sub-Collector, Gunupur/Rayagada, Dist: Rayagada for the best interest of consumer at large and to ensure supply or more Cylinders to the above Complainant timely for better distribution among the consumer without any hindrances.

                           Parties are left to bear their own cost. No compensation. Accordingly the case is closed.
