Ld. Advocate for the petitioner/Complainant is present and he has ‘not pressed’ the application under Order 38 Rule 8 of the C.P Act, 2019 of his own and submits that let an order be passed to that effect.

Heard the Ld. Advocate of the petitioner/Complainant and also the Complainant in person and both of them submit that let necessary order be passed accordingly in respect of MA/56/2023.

In view of such submission and because of not pressing the application mentioned above by the Ld. Advocate of petitioner/Complainant, the instant MA/56/2023 under Order 38 Rule 8 of the C.P Act, 2019 stands rejected.

The MA/56/2023 is thus disposed of.
