JUDGMENT /FINAL ORDER
Complainant above named filed this complaint against the aforesaid Opposite Parties U/s 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 praying for direction to the Opposite Parties to complete the inside and outside work of the building, installation of electric transformer, outside colouring of the whole building, installation of main gate of the building, installation gate on the terrace, enhancement of capacitor reservoir on the terrace, formation of association, demarcation of common garage, hand-pump for common use, to complete other unfinished work, to complete roof treatment, compensation amounting to Rs. 2,00,000/-, litigation cost amounting to Rs. 1,00,000/- and other reliefs.
Decisions with Reasons:-
Case was admitted on 01/10/2021. Thereafter, 21/06/2024 was fixed for questionnaire by the Complainant. But on that date Complainant was absent without any steps. He was asked to file Show Cause by 11/07/2024 as to why necessary order shall not be passed against him.
On the next date i.e. on 11/07/2024 Complainant was absent without any steps.
He did not file any Show Cause. Next date was fixed on 22/07/2024 for final order.

Hence, the record is put up for final order.
On perusal of record we find that Complainant not yet filed original documents in support of his case and for that reason we are unable to pass any final order on merit.
The conduct of the Complainant indicates that he is not willing to proceed with this case. In this situation we have no other alternative but to dismiss the case.
In the result, present case fails.

That the present case be and the same vide no. CC/231/2021 is dismissed against the Opposite Parties but without any order as to costs.
