Attendance on behalf of complainant as well as  o.p no.3 have been filed. A joint compromise petition has been filed on behalf of both the parties of the effect that the matter has been compromised  between the parties so the complainant  does  not want to proceed with the case. Lastly, it has been prayed that necessary order may be passed in terms of compromise petition.
