Complainant files personal hazira. Today is fixed for filing W.V. by O.P.1 & 2. Complainant files a petition stating that the dispute of the case has been amicably settled and stated that she does not want to proceed further with the case. In support of her statement the complainant files a Letter and Customer Satisfaction Letter bearing the name and signature of Mi Staff with date. None appear on behalf of the O.P. The petition of the complainant is allowed.
