          Today, again none has put in appearance on behalf of complainant. Perusal of the record reveals that this complainant was filed way back in the year of 2021 and despite repeated opportunities arguments have not been addressed qua admission of this complaint at the preliminary stage. Even today again what to talk of addressing arguments at preliminary stage, neither the complaint nor anyone else has appeared to do the needful.  Waited sufficiently. It is already 2.00 P.M. No further wait is justified. It seems that the complainant is not interested in continuing with this present complaint. As such, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File be consigned to the record room.
