Final Order / Judgement

Bindu   Vs. M2M Buildtech and others.

 

Present:          Shri NK Nandal, learned counsel for the decree holder.

                         

 

                        File taken up today on an application for withdrawal the case moved by counsel for decree holder. Power of attorney on behalf of decree holder, filed. Learned counsel for the decree holder, vide his separately recorded statement, submitted that he has received cheques bearing no.245143, 020803, 003809, 787061, 509282 and 231059 all dated 30.4.2020 amounting of Rs.1,90,100/-, 1,90,100/-, 1,90,100/-, 1,90,100/-, 1,90,100/- and amount of Rs.1,90,100/- respectively from the judgment debtor, so he wants to withdraw the present execution application being fully satisfied.

                        In view of the above statement, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                        However, Tehsildar Sampla is hereby directed to release the land attached vide order dated 10.9.2019 of this Forum i.e. property of JDs in the name of  Monika w/o Arun Rathi, Rect No.68, Killa No.9, Area 8K.M,  Rani Sharma w/o Ram Rishi, Rect No.68, 69, Killa No.10,15,  Area 16K.M, Isha Rani w/o Sanjay Kumar, Rect No.68, Killa No.11, Area 8K.M, Veena w/o Sh. Ravinder Kumar, Rect No.69,Killa No.6, Area 8K.M,  Mamta Rani w/o Rakseh Sharma, Rect No.69, Killa No.14, Area 8K.M and Shalu w/o Sanjay, Rect No.69, Killa No.16/1, 25/2, Area 11-7 K.M, Total land 59K7M i.e.7.418 acres in the revenue estate of Village Kheri Sadh, Tehsil Sampla, District Rohtak.

                        Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
