NARESH KATYAL, JUDICIAL MEMBER:

          This complaint has been received by way of assignment dated 04.08.2023 of Hon’ble Principle Bench. It came up for hearing today before this Bench. Sh. Pankaj Mehta, proxy counsel for Sh. Ramandeep Singh, Advocate appeared on behalf of complainant and suffered following statement on oath:-

“Stated that I have been instructions on behalf of main counsel Sh. Ramandeep Singh, Advocate for complainant to make statement to the effect that: the complainant has received an amount of Rs. 4,25,000/- including interest from opposite party towards full and final settlement of his claim so arising in this complaint.  Accordingly, I have instruction from main counsel, as well as, from complainant, to withdraw this complaint.

 

2.      As flowing consequence, in the light of above statement of learned counsel for complainant, this complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn; matter involved in this complaint having being compromised between parties to this lis. It is ordered accordingly.

3.      A copy of this order be provided to both parties, free of cost, as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 1986/2019. This order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties. Complaint file be consigned.
