Decree Holder is continuously called absent for the past hearings inspite of several adjournment given. It is represented by the Councel for Judgment Debtor’s that the matter already settled and to that effect, memo filed today, but it has been reported even on 16.09.2015. Whileso, the Decree Holder is called absent today and no representation. It presumes that the Decree Holder / Complainant made a settlement with the opposite parties. Hence, there is no valid reason for further prolonging the matter.
Hence, the E.A. is dismissed for default. No cost.
