ORDER

Order- Respondent do remove the deficiency jin service by restoration of connection within a period of 45 days from the date of thid order.  The respondent shall rremove deficiency in service by withdrawing  the bill and the notice dated 16/7/91 for arrears  of Rs.794.37 ps. and correct the bill on the basis of deemed average consumption of 60 untis from jANUARY 1988 TILL jAN 89 AND FROM jAN 89 TO jULLY 89 OF actual consumption. The respondent shall further pay Rs.1000/- as cost this litigation.  If the supply is not restored withinb 45 days from the date of this order the respon dent shall pay Rs. 400/- as damgeas  per month from the date of this order till the
