ORDER

          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Shri Ravish Kumar, Counsel for OP has been authorised to settle the complaint with the complainant and have paid an amount of Rs. 93,418/- vide cheque no. 509596 dated 02.07.2018 towards electric connection & meter charges and maintenance charges for 2 years from the complainant and have agreed to give possession of the flat in question, within 45 days, as full and final settlement.   Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
