The case was heard on 20/12/13 at morning in the office of the D.C-cum-President,C.D.R.F Tawang.

The complainants's allegation was found to be wrong as per the government rules and condition
of RPLI policy and seen that respondent has just perform his duty as per rules only. But also
the respondent was directed to make a quick payment of matured amount of RPLI policy 
no.R/NE/SH/E3225 to the policy holder within a month of valid time from the date of issue of 
order, if he/she desired to withdraw.
Hence both the parties agreed and the case was disposed off on 20/12/13
