The amount claimed by the complainant from the opposite party is due on account of salary.In such a situation the complainant does not fall within the definition of the word ’consumer’ as defined by Consumer Protection Act.The complaint is maintainable by a purchaser, in case the goods supplied to him are defective. or by hirer of service of the service rendered are deficient.In the present case the complainant neither allieges that she purchased any goods from the opposite party nor alleges that she hired any services from them.The question of defects in goods or deficincy in services therefore doesn’t arise.However complainant is at liberty to approach proper authority for the remedy.

                     In the result,the complaint is closed allowed the complainant to take back the complaint and connected document,if any.No cost.
